The export feature in Concord CRM allows you to quickly export the data in a CSV, XLS or XLSX format, for technical reasons, not all resources can be exported, the resources with export support are the following:
The export feature for all the supported resources is located when viewing the index page, for example, table contacts.
By default, non-admin users cannot use the export feature, if you want to allow a user to export data, you should create and assign a role to the user and choose which resources the user can export.
To perform export for a resource, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the resource list view.
- Click the ellipsis button located on the top right side.
- Click Export.
- From the modal select the type of the export file.
- Select date range (based on creation date).
In some cases you will need to export data based on the applied filter rules, for example, export all contacts that are created this month, in this case, when the export modal is shown you can check the "Export records based on the applied filters" option, checking this option will ensure that the data is exported with the current index filter.
Non-admin users with permissions to export resources are able to export only records that they are allowed to see, the export feature does not export records that the user is not authorized to see.
